Mosed Corporation is seeking highly-skilled and experienced Senior Functional Business Analysts to join our team. The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. He/she will play a critical role in analyzing key customer journeys of Mosed’s client MyAssets’ web and mobile applications, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness to improve the overall customer experience.
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of customer journeys in our web and mobile applications to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements.
- Translate product requirements into functional specifications/user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams in Jira software and Confluence.
- Utilize tools such as Lucidchart and Figma to create process diagrams, mockups, wireframes, and product prototypes.
- Utilize SQL queries to analyze data and identify trends in customer journeys to form new product requirements.
- Work closely with the product owner to ensure alignment with product vision and roadmap.
- Analyze user data and market trends to identify opportunities for product enhancements and improvements.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing
Skills and Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Functional Business Analyst or a Software Developer
- Experience with Agile methodologies, specifically in Scrum.
- Previous experience working in a startup company is a must.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A master in business analysis and diagramming tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, draw.io, and Figma.
- Experience with SQL queries for data analysis.
- Proficiency in Jira software and Confluence.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is preferred but not required.

Mosed Corporation is looking for an experienced Finance Controller to play a crucial role in the delivery of the finance department’s workflow by ensuring financial stability and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of technical ability, innovative ideas, and effective team management skills.
Core Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for finance, budgeting, financial planning, cashflow, and any day-to-day finance related matter for the company's client, MyAssets Group.
- Group Treasury planning and forecasting
- Carry out month end closing and prepare management accounts for senior management
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reports
- Provision to build, supervise, manage and mentor a local finance team if and when required
- Perform other ad hoc assignments & monthly reports as assigned
- Review and strengthen the accounting procedures, systems, and internal compliance, as well as manage the service quality of outsourced service providers
- Define reporting and alerting requirements
- Forecasting costs and revenues
- Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies
- Measure performance of marketing campaigns
- Report on marketing KPIs such as costs per acquisition, lifetime value, conversion rates etc.
Skills and Requirements:
- Knowledge of UK GAAP and tax compliance is an advantage
- University graduate with a degree preferably in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
- Relevant certification (CPA) is preferred
- Minimum 7 years of proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Financial accounting and bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly in MS Excel & Word
- Hands-on experience with accounting software is mandatory, knowledge of Xero, Fathom, is advantageous
- Good command of written and verbal English is critical
- Able to meet strict deadlines
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in an international environment

Mosed Corporation is looking for SITE RELIABILITY ENGINEER who will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of its client MyAssets' platform, through proactive monitoring, capacity planning, and incident management. He/she will play a critical role in managing the software development lifecycle, particularly in change management and production deployment.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage platform performance & reliability incidents and service tickets, including on-call support and incident response
- Implement and coordinate the implementation of non-functional requirements, mainly focusing on performance engineering and observability of the software and platform through logs, traces and metrics
- Implement logging and monitoring technologies to capture, monitor and continuously adhere to agreed upon service level objectives
- Own various stages of the software development lifecycle, focusing on change management and production deployment.
- Monitor and report on Service Level Objectives.
- Conduct usage monitoring, reporting, and capacity planning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and platform issues, ensuring the availability and stability of our products.
- Implement corrective actions and collaborate with engineering teams for preventative measures.
- Conduct root-cause analysis of incidents and implement bug fixes and preventive actions.
- Manage tasks related to non-compliance of non-functional requirements (NFRs) and optimize platform reliability and performance.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with customer service teams to improve the incident reporting and response process.
- Contribute to the development of documentation and procedures to maintain knowledge and consistency within the team.
Skills and Requirements:
- 3+ years of software development experience is mandatory
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
- Experience with NodeJS infrastructure and scripting.
- Understanding of networking concepts, including IP addressing, routing, and firewalls.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Nagios.
- Experience with logging tools such as ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) , Splunk, Google cloud logging and monitoring
- Some Familiarity with Google Firebase
- Experience with Terraform IaC
- Experience implementing GitHub Action workflows
- Experience configure monitoring and alerting based on metrics and logs
- Ability to work under pressure with occasional need for On Call support
